This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds may be accepted for purchases made through Madison’s Boutique.
Return Timeframe
Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery and are subject to review and approval. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Items must be returned in their original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be included
- Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused upon inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Items marked as final sale
- Clearance or discounted items, unless the item arrives defective or incorrect
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to improper handling, washing, or wear
Return Request Process
To request a return, customers must contact Madison’s Boutique within 30 days of delivery and provide the order number along with the reason for the request.
Return instructions are provided only after the return request has been reviewed and approved. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is approved due to a defective or incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Madison’s Boutique is not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged during transit.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part
- Refund processing times vary depending on the payment provider and may take several business days after approval
Exchanges
Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to product availability. Customers must contact Madison’s Boutique before returning an item for exchange consideration. All exchange requests follow the same eligibility and approval process as returns.
